Basil was one of the most laid back, kind and easy going dogs that anyone could meet, he rarely needed to go on a lead and was a very biddable character. Basil completed 9 years at Crufts on discover dogs where he loved to meet anyone who visited the Parson Russell stand. He showed very well in his younger days and he was a excellent stud dog for nine years. Basil was castrated and retired from stud duties when he was nearly eleven.
